A summer grilled recipe involving kebabs is perfect because there are so many variations you could make – chicken, steak, veggie, etc. I personally chose vegetarian kebabs while Paul chose the steak kebabs.
Grilled kebabs are also fairly easy because they consist of vegetables and meat. You simply cut up the vegetables, add the meat, then put them on the grill!
The vegetables we like to add to our summer grilled recipe – steak kebabs include green, red, & yellow bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

Preparing the Steak Kebabs
Make sure to soak the kebabs in water for about 20-30 minutes if you are using wood ones.
