Begin by heating up butter in a pan on medium-high heat. Take a slice of bread and tear out the bread from the center in the form of a circle. After the butter is heated up in the pan, add the piece of bread. Add an egg to the center portion of the bread.
Allow each side to cook for about 2-3 minutes. Top with salt and pepper before serving.

- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 slices bread
Instructions
- Heat the butter up in a pan on medium-high heat.
- Cut a hole out of the center of the pieces of bread.
- Add the bread to the pan. Add the egg to the hole in the center of the bread.
- Allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Top with salt and pepper.
