Egg In A Basket

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 slices bread

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter up in a pan on medium-high heat.
  • Cut a hole out of the center of the pieces of bread.
  • Add the bread to the pan. Add the egg to the hole in the center of the bread.
  • Allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Top with salt and pepper.
