Anyways, he loves everything bagels and whipped up this super, simple egg and cheese breakfast bagel the other morning for me. 🙂
I am not a huge fan of eggs by themselves so I requested cheese to be added to mine and it was amazingggg!
The steps are quick and easy – for any beginner in the kitchen or for when you are in a hurry in the mornings but still need something delicious to eat.
First, make the scrambled eggs and top with cheese. Then, add to a toasted bagel. TA – DA! All done!
Egg & Cheese Breakfast Bagel
Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tbsp shredded cheese
- 1 whole bagel
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and add about a teaspoon of olive oil to the pan.
- Add the scrambled egg to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Top the egg with shredded cheese and allow to melt.
- Toast the everything bagel.
- Add the egg to the bagel.
- Enjoy!
