Egg & Cheese Breakfast Bagel

This breakfast bagel recipe features scrambled eggs with cheese and an everything bagel. Very quick and easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese
  • 1 whole bagel
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and add about a teaspoon of olive oil to the pan.
  • Add the scrambled egg to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Top the egg with shredded cheese and allow to melt.
  • Toast the everything bagel.
  • Add the egg to the bagel.
  • Enjoy!
