Grilling is so fun in the summer and we absolutely LOVE our Traeger! We enjoy trying different flavored wood chips for different recipes. This grilled sausage peppers and onions recipe was made with hickory chips and tasted amazing!! 10/10 recommend.

- bell peppers (red and yellow)
- red onions
- garlic cloves
- extra-virgin olive oil
- sausage links
- fresh parsley
- red-wine vinegar

Grilled Sausage Recipe
Grilled Sausage, Peppers, and Onions
Ingredients
- 2 large bell peppers red and yellow
- 2 large red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb sausage links
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp red-wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Cut up the peppers, onions, and sausage
- Toss the sausage, onions, and half the garlic in a bowl together
- Oil the grill rack. Grill the peppers, onions, and sausages – turning occasionally
- Grill the sausages for about 8-10 minutes & the vegetables for about 10-12 minutes
- Whisk the olive oil, parsley, vinegar, and salt & pepper in a bowl
- Add the vegetables and toss in the mixture
- Serve the sausage and vegetables over rice
- Top with fresh parsley
