- 1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts halved & stemmed
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
