Air-Fryer Turkey Stuffed Peppers
An air-fryer turkey stuffed peppers recipe that is quick and easy for a weeknight dinner idea.
- 4 large peppers green, red, yellow, orange
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 cups spanish rice
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tbsp salsa
- top with desired amount of colby jack cheese
Heat up a skillet on medium heat and cook the ground turkey with the onion until done.
Prepare the rice according to the directions.
Add the cooked ground turkey, tomato paste, and salsa to the rice. Mix well.
Wash the peppers and cut out the insides.
Preheat the air-fryer to 400 degrees.
Add the ground turkey and rice mixture to the peppers.
Cook at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Top with colby jack cheese and cook for a remaining 1-2 minutes.
Allow the stuffed peppers to cool before serving.
