Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
These delicious, and easy to make, gluten-free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies will be sure to entertain all guests! They are made gluten-free; thus, they are flourless chocolate chip cookies. They call for cocoa to give them an extra chocolatey flavor.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 2.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Or, use a stone sheet.
Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
Stir ingredients and begin to form the dough.
Add in chocolate chips if you would like, or wait and add them in using your hands once placed on the baking sheet. (I did both for extra chocolatey flavor!)
Form small balls with the dough and place on the baking sheet.
Add in a couple of extra chocolate chips to each cookie.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
