- 2 1/2 cups gluten-free almond flour the flour type is your choice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips you may choose to use less or more depending on your sweet tooth
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
In a different bowl, combine the butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Slowly add the chocolate chips and blend well.
Add the flour mixture to the chocolate chip mixture. Use a mixer on medium-high speed to blend the ingredients into a thick cookie dough.
Use your hands to form small, round balls of cookie dough. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden on top. Allow the cookies to cool down before serving.
