- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 lbs fresh caught large shrimp peeled & deveined
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
- sea salt
- cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp butter
In a very large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook over moderately high heat until light golden, about 2 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until white throughout, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
