Shrimp Rub

Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the Shrimp Rub. Mix together well.
Rub the peeled and deveined shrimp in the Shrimp Rub. Set to the side.
Add the corn on the cob to a pot of boiling water. Allow to cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the corn, bell peppers, garlic, and onion. Cook for about 8-12 minutes.
Cut the corn off of the cob and add to the mixture.
Top with fresh basil and spritzed lime juice.
Serve with a side of wild grain rice.
