Vegan Spaghetti and Meatballs

This vegan spaghetti and meatballs recipe is great for a quick, dinner night! It features Ancient Harvest spaghetti made of organic corn, brown rice, and quinoa. Along with Morning Star plant-based meatballs and Trader Joe's vegan spaghetti sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Ancient Harvest organic corn, brown rice, and quinoa spaghetti
  • 1 pack Morning Star plant-based meatballs
  • 1 can vegan Trader Joe's spaghetti sauce
  • 4 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven according to the package on the meatballs. Prepare the meatballs on a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Cook the meatballs according to the package, about 18-22 minutes.
  • Boil water and cook the Ancient Harvest spaghetti noodles.
  • Heat up the spaghetti sauce in a pan on the oven, medium heat.
  • Once everything is prepared, place the noodles, sauce, and plant-based meatballs on a plate.
  • Top with fresh parmesan cheese.
